For independent gyms

More of your free trials become members.

Your front desk knows who’s walking in, before they walk in. We build the site that takes the booking, and the system that briefs your team.

  • Two people, not an agency
  • Spanish, German, English
  • You own everything we build

You already get free trials. You just don’t know anything about them.

  • The booking comes in at 11pm over WhatsApp. Or it doesn’t come in at all.
  • Whoever’s at the desk finds out what this person wants while they’re standing there.
  • Whether they sign up depends on who was working that day.

None of that is a staff problem. It’s an information problem.

What your desk receives

One email. Everything your team needs to stop winging it.

It lands before the visit. Who’s coming, when, what they want, why now in their own words, what’s stopped them before, and how to approach them.

Answers stay in your account, hosted in the EU, and are deleted whenever you say. How we handle data →

Tomorrow 09:00 — Lena M., first visit

Goal
Lose around 8 kg and feel strong again.
Why now
“My sister’s wedding is in October and I haven’t trained in three years.”
Level
Beginner now. Trained regularly until 2022.
What stopped her
Joined a big chain, felt lost on the floor, stopped going after six weeks.
Frequency
3× a week, mornings.
Interested in
An intro personal training session.
Age
34
Her note
“Please don’t put me straight on the free weights.”

How to approach her

She left a chain gym because nobody showed her what to do. Walk the floor with her for the first ten minutes and name two machines she’ll actually use on day one.

Don’t pitch personal training in the first five minutes — she already flagged interest, so let her raise it. Worth mentioning: the 09:00 group is mostly her age.

Real brief. Name and gym changed.

Four steps. None of them are yours.

  1. They book online.

From your site, on their phone, at 11pm if they want.

    They do it
  2. They answer 8 questions.

Right after booking. Your name on it, your colours.

    They do it
  3. Your desk gets the brief.

Before the visit, without anyone asking for it.

    Automatic
  4. They walk in warm.

    Reminded, expected, and understood.

    Your team

Your team’s job starts exactly where it always did.

The demo

Don’t take our word for it. Be the lead.

Answer the same 8 questions your trial prospects answer. The brief hits your inbox a minute later. That’s the whole product, seen from the other side.

What you get

The website that fills itself.

One package. One price. We hand it over — we don’t rent it back to you.

  • A site you’re not embarrassed to send. Fast, mobile, your branding, built to do one job.
  • Trial booking online. They pick a time themselves. You stop chasing DMs.
  • The 8-question quiz. Your name on it, running the second they book.
  • The brief to your desk. The part nobody else does.
  • Four emails before the visit. Confirmation, nudge, day before, morning of. No-shows drop.

Optional add-ons

Already have a site you like?

Keep it. We plug the booking, the quiz, the brief and the emails into what you already have. Cheaper, faster, same result at the front desk.

Ask about automation only

We stop at the door.

Getting them through it — informed, expected, on time — is our job. What happens in the next twenty minutes is yours, and it should be. You know how to sell your gym. Nobody’s going to hand you a script.

Two people. You’ll always know which one you’re talking to.

Take the demo quiz and judge it yourself

The questions everyone asks on the call.

What does it cost?

Setups start at €[FLOOR]. Most gyms land between €[FLOOR] and €[CEILING], paid once. The only recurring cost is €[MONTHLY] a month for hosting and keeping the automation running.

We’ll give you the exact number on the call, before you send us anything.

Needs Diego’s numbers
Is this monthly, or one-time?

[PENDING — depends on whether the core package carries a recurring component. This answer must be explicit either way: this buyer’s bad agency experience is specifically about charges that appeared later.]

Blocked on pricing model
Do I own the website?

Yes. The site is yours, the domain is registered in your name, and if you ever want to leave you take the whole thing with you. There is nothing to hold hostage.

Confirm domain + hosting handover
Do I or my staff have to learn anything?

No. There’s no dashboard to log into and no new app on anyone’s phone. The brief arrives as an email at whatever address your front desk already checks. If someone can read an email, they can use this.

What happens to my prospects’ data?

Quiz answers are stored in your account on servers in the EU, used only to produce the brief for your gym, and deleted on request. We can sign a data processing agreement (AVV) if you need one.

The full list of the tools that touch this data is on the privacy page.

Needs the real sub-processor list
How long until it’s live?

[PENDING — put a real number here. A vague answer costs more than an honest long one.]

Needs a real timeline
What if I want to change something later?

Prices, schedule and opening hours are things you tell us and we change, usually the same day. Bigger changes get quoted before we touch anything. You will never get a surprise invoice.

Confirm the support arrangement

Fifteen minutes. We’ll look at how your trials come in right now.

No deck. No proposal PDF. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the call.
